Lead Boldly. Live Softly. Stop Losing Yourself in the Process.

Inside-out leadership coaching for women who are done over-giving, over-working, and over-performing strength-yet still feeling unseen, stretched thin, and spiritually tired.

You're the woman people rely on.

At work.

At home.

In the crisis.

In the chaos.

You get it done.

You hold it together.

You carry the emotional weight nobody sees.

On paper, you look successful.

But behind the scenes, the cost is high:

  • You're tired of being everything to everyone.

  • You're tired of shrinking so you're not "too much."

  • You're tired of leading from burnout instead of peace.

  • You're tired of feeling alone in a life where everyone needs you.

I created this coaching experience to help women like you lead, love, and live from a place of wholeness-without sacrificing your fire, your calling, or your feminine heart.

The Truth No One Asks the "Strong" Women

Let's be honest.

Most of the women I work with aren't looking for another motivational quote or "self-care" checklist. You're smart. You're driven. You're already doing the work.

But under the surface, you're carrying:
  • Invisible pressure - to perform, hold it together, and not drop the ball.

  • Invisible loyalty - to systems and people that drain you.

  • Invisible exhaustion - mentally, emotionally, spiritually.

  • Invisible grief - for the version of you that feels lost beneath responsibility.

You don't need another surface-level leadership course.

You need a deep reset of how you see yourself, how you lead, and how you allow yourself to be supported.

That's what this work is about.

Why a Theory About Men Changed Everything for Women

I originally created the Restorative Masculine Integration Theory (RMIT) to help men reclaim grounded, emotionally safe leadership from the inside out.

But here's what surprised me…

Women saw themselves in it, too.

Because RMIT isn't ultimately about "masculinity."
It's about:
  • Identity

  • Safety

  • Emotional alignment

  • Power without burnout

  • Healthy relational dynamics

  • How we show up in systems, workplaces, and families

Women told me:

"You just explained my whole life and my leadership in one conversation."

So I adapted this framework for women-high-achieving, faith-rooted, impact-driven women who are tired of choosing between:

  • Power and softness

  • Ambition and alignment

  • Leadership and well-being

  • Success and their soul

This work doesn't push you to "be more like a man."

It helps you remember who you are, integrate your true design, and lead from wholeness-not performance.

These aren't boxes to check. They're shifts-deep, steady shifts in how you see yourself, lead yourself, and show up in the world.

Each movement meets you where you are and guides you back to who you were always meant to be.

1. Remembering Who You Really Are

For years, you've been the strong one-the fixer, the reliable one, the "I'll figure it out" woman.

Somewhere in all of that… you disappeared.

This movement helps you hear your own voice again, reconnect with what you want, and remember the woman God created before roles and expectations took over.

Shift: "I must be what everyone needs" → "I get to be who I truly am."

2. Finally Having a Safe Place to Breathe

You're the emotional anchor for everyone else- the sounding board, the counselor, the calm one.

But where do you go?

Here, you get a space where you don't have to filter, fix, or perform.

Where your honesty isn't "too much."

Where you can finally exhale after years of bracing.

Shift: "I'm always the strong one" → "I have a space where I can be real."

3. Leading Without Losing Yourself

You've been praised for doing more, carrying more, and being "high capacity."

But it's costing your body, your peace, and your joy.

This movement untangles your worth from your productivity and rebuilds leadership that feels powerful and peaceful.

Shift: "If I slow down, everything will fall apart" → "When I'm grounded, everything I touch is stronger."

4. Finding Your Balance Again

You've lived in two draining extremes:

Overdrive: always pushing through.

Over-accommodation: always keeping the peace.

Neither feels like you.

Here, you stop apologizing for your strength, stop disappearing to avoid conflict, and start living from a place where strength and softness finally work together.

Shift: "From living in extremes → to living in alignment."

5. Becoming the Woman Who Changes the Room

You're not here to survive broken systems.

You're here to shift them.

This is where your healing becomes influence.

Where your presence changes conversations.

Where you model what healthy, powerful, surrendered leadership looks like.

Shift: "I'm just trying to get through this" → "I'm here to change this."

What It's Like to Work with Me

This isn't hype or hustle.

It's deep, practical, faith-rooted, inside-out transformation.

When we work together, you can expect:

Real conversations, not performance.

You don't need to impress me. You get to be honest-about the success, the doubt, the frustration, and the fatigue.

A clear framework.

You'll finally have language for what's been happening internally for years.

Tools you can use immediately.

Boundaries, emotional regulation, communication, decision-making-practical, repeatable skills.

Integration of head, heart, and spirit.

Your faith and your leadership are connected. Here, they stay that way.

Accountability with compassion.

I'll call you up, not out.

This is for women who:
  • Lead in healthcare, business, education, ministry, or entrepreneurship

  • Look "fine" on the outside, but feel stretched thin

  • Are tired of leading from burnout and desire alignment

  • Know God didn't design them to live on fumes

  • Want their leadership to feel like an extension of their identity, not an act

Who I Am & Why I Care About How You Lead

I'm Todd Angelucci-nurse of 34+ years, transformational coach, brain tumor survivor, and creator of the Restorative Masculine Integration Theory (RMIT).

I've worked across nearly every corner of healthcare.

I've watched leaders burn out.

I've watched women carry the emotional and spiritual load of entire teams.

I've lived my own wake-up moment with a brain tumor that forced me to face the patterns keeping me stuck.

My work blends:
  • Neuroscience & cognitive dynamics

  • Leadership & communication

  • Masculine/Feminine integration

  • Faith, purpose & identity

I'm not here to rescue you.

I'm here to walk beside you as you reclaim what burnout, trauma, and culture tried to steal.

What women say

"I didn't realize how much I had normalized burnout until this work. I feel lighter, clearer, and more myself than I have in years."

"For the first time, I'm leading without performing. My team feels it. My family feels it. I feel it."

"I thought we'd talk leadership. We ended up talking identity, patterns, and calling. Everything changed."

Freequently Asked Questions

Is this therapy?

No. This is deep coaching focused on your leadership, identity, and emotional patterns. Many women work with both a therapist and me-they complement one another beautifully.

Do I need a leadership title?

If people look to you for answers, stability, or support, you're already a leader.

Is this faith-based?

I coach from a spirtual-rooted lens. You don't need to share every belief, but if God-language bothers you, this may not be the right space.

How long is the container?

Most women begin with a 3-6 month journey to create deep, sustainable change.
